Southern Bigfoot Radio Show

I hosted my first Blogtalk Radio show on the subject of the Southern or florida Bigfoot called Skunk ape and actually had a caller!  How cool is that.  I am working out the bugs and want to have this show weekly on a regular basis.

Seeking Florida’s Skunk Ape

Scott Marlowe of Winter Haven Florida has found the same size skunk ape footprints that I have photographed in my one year of doing bigfoot research. Scott searches in the Green Swamp were I recently took two great images of prints. I have also got a great audio at night of a creature that nobody has yet to identify. It is good to see there are other researchers in Florida doing the good work.

"In Florida, tales of swamp apes are about as old as the Suwanee River. Likewise, around the world, stories of Bigfoot, Sasquatch, the Abominable Snowman and similar creatures have been passed down for centuries by indigenous tribes, settlers, hunters and others.

Then there’s Marlowe, 55, of Winter Haven, who not only says he has seen swamp apes but spends his time looking for more.

On his recent outing in the Green Swamp – an expanse of nearly 50,000 acres in Polk, Lake and Sumter counties – Marlowe spent a week in an area northeast of Lakeland. His goal was to photograph or videotape a swamp ape, or at least collect evidence such as hair, footprints or DNA samples."

There is much beauty and mystery to bigfoot research in Florida. 

 

Movement In The Grass

I saw something moving with brown fur and went into this area.  The thing did not really leave or run away.  It seemed to just stay out of reach.  This has happened several times in this area.

Florida Skunk Ape Expedition Final Day

I am very tired and my hip hurts from all the walking and sleeping on the cold ground in that tent.  I am in need of a warm bed, but I am very happy with the results.  This should be the first of many Florida bigfoot expeditons that I do.  I am working the bugs out.

 

Strange Encounter At Campfire While On Bigfoot Expediton

After a long night in field where I had heard howling after a plane flew overhead, I had an encounter with something at the campfire. I know it is believed that bigfoot howls. People have heard it and there are recordings of this. I was wondering if the Florida version known as the skunk ape did the same thing. Whatever this was, it followed me back to camp. Watch the entire video and you be the judge.

"The Metal sound"

I was along a fence line that separated swamp land from a waste-water dump site. The site is way off of a country State road to keep it away from people. It is also uses by RV's to dump 'grey' water. There were wind gust that day of up to 20 MPH. I believe the wind blew chain link or something hanging. It sounded man made, so I paid no mind to it.

What is important is howl itself. I have four different episodes of howls, and at least 2-3 types. That is what I focused on.  On a video I am loading on YouTube as we speak, there is an audio enhancement of the howl.  All I did was compress the audio wavelength to bring out background noise and raise the volume.  That's it.  If you listen, you will hear the creature.

I was pleased with my expedition because it has validated all of my hard work.

Strange

I have posted two (intro) videos about my expedition. One of them was recorded in the swamp in total darkness and contains a strange and scarry howl. It is something I have never heard in over a year of field research. It is one recording of several that I caught while on my expo. What is strange to me is that the video has been up for four hours, has 75 views, and the only comment is "whats that mecanical sound?" What about the scream? Maybe there is some other way I could make this reasearch known. I put myself in a hairy situation to get no response. Like I said in the post before I left, none of the people in Bigfoot rersearch seem to care. There may be a better way to show this

A Howl And A Campsite

You can hear something howling close to me as I am standing in the swamp water at midnight way far away from civilization.  The second part of the video is me right after I had set up my 'skunk ape' camp.

The format I am now shooting in takes a long time for me to upload to YouTube. It may take a couple weeks to get this done. Several hours and 62 video segments shot will require time. Hang in there; I hope is worth the wait.
