Taxi Man Looks At Local Blog Scene

I think blogging is cool! I got into it because I never was one to keep a diary. The  prospect of keeping one and sharing photos and ideas with other people I like. I am not shy, so I have my photos on it. I also keep up with many other bloggers.

Of course Sticks Of Fire is the main blog in Tampa. It is as informative and as updated as any magazine style blog...Tommy has done an incredible job with this. I have never met Tommy, but would like to before I give this blog up. St. Petersblog is another on I like. The guy is a photographer and takes some really unique images of the Tampa area. He is a real talent. I don't think he likes me, however. Bitch Lab is on the cutting edge of Sex Positive Feminism and unlike most feminist, she has a since of humor. Roblimo. This guy rocks. He is over 50 and as much a geek as any kid. He makes a fortune off his geek sites such as Slash-Dot. Roblimo was even the producer behind HBO's Taxi Cab Confessions. Addison Phillips is the only "Gay Redneck" that I know. I even had breakfast with him, his lover, and Roblimo. Best Bucs Blog, with football season coming up I am sure you will check it out. Sarah In Tampa, her blog inspired me to use the fantastic Typepad for a blog host. Blog Lassiter, the local community should be honored to have a real talent such as Bob to even be in our mits. He was one of the pioneers in Talk radio back in the day and used to have a national radio show. Then there is the lovely and talanted Kim. She host Kim's  point of view. The women has it all, class, beauty, brains and a very interesting life. Her postings are consistent and always thought provoking. She has hinted at moving back to Philly. That would be a loss. The World Of Big Pauly is on Live Journal. He seems to be looking for a job right now and is warning people about the R rating of my blog.

Well, it's not that I don't like the fact that your blog is R-rated. It's just that I know some people who might be tempted to visit your blogs in libraries...and if they do that, they get into trouble.

Wow I just got around to reading yesterday's posting. You even got a rise out Tom123. Some good points were made, as for todays, I do believe I can read between the lines, about possibly losing on of Tampa's better bloggers.
