WATCH OUT FOR SPEED TRAPS

Now that the Tampa Police Department is an active member of the Tax Collectors office, they have most major intersections covered.  They are just waiting for you to be a fraction of a second to late to go under the yellow light and they will pull you over.  You see, there is no crime in Tampa, and they have nothing to do.  Instead of going after criminals and drug dealers, they would rather shake down the law bidding citizens and create good will in the community.  This dick-head hangs out at Dale Mabry and Henderson every morning to write some cheap tickets to look good in front of his supervisors.  He has a single stripe.  They give that to ten year veteran flunkies who could not advance to higher rank or detective.  You know, the losers that were marginal and they could not fire them, even though they wanted to.  This dick head wrote me a ticket two years ago.  One day we will meet out of uniform.

If you hate Tampa Bay and St. Pete why don't you take your shitty attitude and return where you came from. They probably don't want your rinky dink butt there either

They way I see it, I hate the Tampa Bay area so much, especially St. Pete, that I don't speed because of that. I don't want them making a dime off of me. You're right though, their starving for funds here, and are trying to generate revenue any way they can, including citations. Look at all the parking meters they put up in downtown St. Pete. I most certainly won't go downtown now. Besides what's there anyway, Baywalk? Isn't that thing bankrupt or something? I went to the pier one day. I went upstairs to see the aquarium. They charge admission now! To see a pathetic little fish tank. I hope this city dries up like a raisin.
