The Gulf Oil Seems To Be Gone

People really should not be surprised about the oil in the Gulf Of Mexico going away. They don't seem to be able to find anymore of it. There seems to be a microbe that lives in the water and eats oil. I suspect its natures way of keeping the Earth clean. The earth is a living organism and is our host with her own immune system. The earth has survived billions of yrears of volcanos, earthquakes, ice ages, atom bombs, and cosmic invaders that crash into it and spew gas. Yet she lives, and will surely survive humans. It is only man in his arrogance that thinks he can control the forces of nature. This oil spill has again revealed the folly of man.

Crop Circles And Star Maps

 I am listening to the late night radio show "Coast To Coast AM" on Tampa radio 970 WFLA. The guest is talking about crop circles. He believes that if you take an overhead image of them, and connect them with lines, you then have a star map that shows the location of the UFO's home planet. I bet if you compare this with known star maps, it may not line up the way he thinks.

The thing that gets me about crop circles is the geometric precision the show. How could hoaxers, at ground level, go into the fields at night and nail the image like this on the first try without someone up above directing them. That is what I find weird about the whole phenomena. 

Amscot Will Not Sell Money Orders To Cab Drivers

 Amscot will not sell money orders to Tampa taxi drivers anymore. Cab drivers pay their companies a lease. Since the company will not take cash, we get money orders. Amscot financial offers free money orders to the general public - they have for years. They now tell cab drivers they can't offer that service to us. In fact, they are asking people if the money order is for commercial or personal reasons. Hum? Is that legal? Is it really any of their business? I got it. Money Laundering. 

Perhaps some shady people have been using Amscot as a flip joint or clearing house for money you don't report to the IRS. Perhaps. I am only speculating. This was rather sudden and caught us off guard. 

When you are in business, can you refuse service? I know as a cab driver I can only refuse if they have no money or they are very drunk. It is called DISCRIMINATION.  Perhaps they felt emboldened by the court decision in Arizona. You tell me.

Tampa, Teddy Roosevelt, And Bigfoot

 Teddy Roosevelt was very important in Tampa history. During the Spanish American War he was the officer in charge of command and control. All supplies for the war effort came out of Tampa straight for Cuba. He was also the only President that had a Bigfoot encounter. 

In his book The Wilderness Hunter he related a story told to him by a 'grizzled weather beaten old mountain hunter, named Bauman."  Near the Idaho and Montana border on the Salmon River he claimed a hunter friend of his was killed by an upright beast that raided their camp and sent him fleeing for his life. This hunter was sure that the animal was a Bigfoot. Teddy had no reason not to believe him, he wrote in his book.

Roosevelt also wrote that while camping in that area years later, he heard a loud screaming howl in the distance that terrified him. He knew animals, and this was nothing he had ever heard before. This story is legend among the Bigfoot community. It does seem to be more credible than Jimmy Carter's UFO story.

The BFRO (Bigfoot Field Researchers Organization) list Roosevelt's story as a class "B" sighting. That means the witness did not see the animal, he only heard it. Today, many people are getting great audio of sounds from the forest that cannot be explained. Teddy was not able to identify the animal that made the roar he heard. 

The only thing is that today with all the digital capability out there, the Patterson Film stands as the only good visual of Bigfoot. I believe we are very close to a video that will show a clearer image the Roger Patterson film of 1967 shot in 16mm.

A New Direction

 We live in politically correct and intolerant times. Things you could do, even a few short years ago, are no more. People are being fired from their jobs for what they post on the internet. 

In light of this, I have reevaluated what I am doing and have changed my format. This blog will now be known as "Tropical Breeze." I have taken my About Me link off of this blog, and deleted some post that might put me in hot water or cast the company I contract with look bad. 

In the future, there will be no reference to what I do for a living or of any of the companies in the industry. It is too bad that we live now under such Bolshevik rules. This is now a personal blog about the places I go and the things I see. 

Sorry it had to come to this. I still hope you enjoy this blog.

Do You Like Watching People Screw?

 Well, you can watch all day long and night at the Fantasyland Video store in Drew Park. If you don't mind all the swingers, fags, drunks, crackhead, jerks, perverts, voyeurs, idiots, dirtbags, undercover cops and taxi drivers, this is your place. Glory holes and everything goes. Word of this place has spread faster than AIDS in the '80's. Just go by and look. The parking lot is overflowing and people are everywhere. I don't care, I make money picking up here and taking fine ass girls here who want to screw strangers, or people they met on the internet.

The image here is the 'pool room.' I think you are a step ahead of me. Your right. People do it on the tables. Its just not the eight ball that is going in the hole. Cum on by, and join the fun. The most fun in Tampa since the Led Zeplin Concert.

2001 Nude Odyssey Tampa Florida

 Times are hard-even the strip clubs in Tampa. I noticed the a couple of letters in the neon sign of the 2002 Nude Odyssey were burnt out the other night. There was a time when it would have been fixed as soon as they saw it. I'm sure most business would have done this. Who has money? The strippers tell me that the guys are just not paying the money they used too, and even the high rollers are not coming in. (The strippers will still not back off of the standard $20 for a lap dance and $50 for three. They could get that during the good times. They are doing it to themselves) They have not made money since Tampa hosted the Super Bowl - Same for the taxi drivers.

The clubs used to pay the taxi drivers in Tampa a 'finders fee' if we brought them a cab load of guys. The standard fee was $5 a guy. They don't even do that anymore. The club 7 Seas actually went out of business and closed its doors. Times are tough. 

I, for one, am getting really tired and weary of all of this. I saw a documentary the other night that showed that all the previous recessions in United States history lasted bout 18 months. This recession is 37 months deep and not getting better (over half of that on Obama's watch). I know, what does Obama have to do with this? He did not cause it - it was George Busch. True, perhaps. But what has Obama done to make any of this any better? Does he even have a clue beyond the theory his Harvard professors taught him?

Ice Age Animals And Sharks In Central Florida

I took a fasinating trip to the Mulberry History Museum in Polk county Florida. I had not been to this museum in about 25 years when I went with my parents. It seems there is a lot about Florida that many people don't realize. Yankee and Red Sox fans are not the only things that came down here from the north.

At the end of the last ice age the Wolly Mammoth, saber tooth tiger, and giant ground sloth make Polk coutny home. They came to Florida as the ice advanced over the North American continent in search of vegitation to eat. When the ice began to melt, water coverd Florida again (it used to be the ocean floor) and Polk county became an island or 10,000 years trapping the land animals.

You can dig into the ground today in almost any spot and find bones, sharks teeth, and petrified wood! How cool.

Bucs Draft Picks?

Other then the receiver out of Syracuse - have the Bucs signed all their 2010 draft picks? I know Gerald McCoy is waiting to see what the Rams pay the number one pick overall (he is yet to sign). The Tampa Bay Bucs have the potential to be much improved this year, but they need this crop of good young players. Lets get it done. Training camp starts next week.

I have lived in the Tampa Bay area since 1977. I became a Buccanner fan when I arrived. I could get a cheap ticket and actually get into the stadium and watch an NFL football game. I thought that was beyond cool. I finally figured out hat it was bad ownership that kept the team in the cellar all those years. My fear is that the Glazer family is in such financial trouble, they may not give these new guys what they want. That would be tragic. 

Get ready for blacked out games folks.

The Startch Diet

I myself do not always eat a 5 course meal for dinner. What happens when you are poor is you end up on the "startch diet" of mac & cheese, rice, pasta, taters, bread and fast food. That is why the fatest people in America are the poor. I thought I would at least lose a little weight. I am going to try and get a nice steak tonight.

Cab Drivers Eating Dog Food

I used to think it was an urban myth about poor people eating dog food because they can't aford to by regular food. Now, I have seen it with my own eyes. I pulled onto taxi stand 23 yesterday and a cad friend of mine was sitting there. As I was talking to him, I noticed he was eating something out of a box. Then, I noticed there was a dog on the box. He was eating dog treats. He said that after paying lease to the cab company, and paying for his motel room (imany taxi drivers live in motels) he simply has no money left for food. The dooggy treats cost a buck and they where not bad - bacon flavor. He asked me if I wanted one. No thanks. I prefer the cat food.

Stalking Is A Crime And Should Be Reported

I did. Even in the cyber world it is a crime to continuously harass and insult someone in a persistent way. I went to the police and gave them Mr. Scott Hamilton's IP address and they looked it up on their computer. They wanted me to compile more information before they went out to make an arrest. I need to show them screen shots and images that I have. I don't really want to do this; I just want him to go away. I know he reads this blog, and if he gets the message and leaves me alone, so be it. I would love to go to the social at the pub on July 15. 

Scott Hamilton Of The Saint Pete Skeptics Society

Observe. Analyze. Verify. Be skeptical. You forgot pejorative and harassing. Scott Hamilton of the St. Pete Skeptics Society seems to have it in for me. He prides himself in being an observer in the mold of James Randi or Loren Coleman (whom he is critical of). Beneath the vernier lies something else.

Last October I had an outing in a SWIFMUD area that yielded some of my best results to date. I posted the findings on YouTube and initially on my successful blog Tampa Taxi Shots. The reason I choose Tampa Taxi Shots as my first avenue to show the world my finding was because that blog is linked in the Tampa Tribune, the St. Petersburg Times, Creative Loafing and many other news and blog sites. That is a fact unknown to Mr. Hamilton who seemed taken back by that.

This punk has been (dover) stalking me on on several of my cyber blogs and posting on other forums and blogs for the purpose of insulting me. This guy is scum, and I cannot wait to meet him in person, to have a real conversation with him and find out what his problem is. I went to the Tampa Police to report him to cyber crimes and they ran his IP address and found some interesting stuff.

Happy 4th Of July!

There are two big reasons I love this county. 

ONE: we are to free to express our way in the manner that we choose without fear of reprisal from the government. 

TWO: after looking at this picture, I seem to have forgotten what the other thing was...Does it matter! 

When I go to Clearwater Beach which is still free of the Gulf oil spill, I can only think how fortunate I was to have been born in the United States Of America.

Why Did Dontae Morris Surrender?

Dontae Morris is looking at the death penalty. They don't fool around in Florida. Unfortunately, it will take about ten years for him to exhaust all of his appeals. Then, the needle. We used to have Ole' Sparky. The condemned man would fry like a sausage in a pan. He had NOTHING to gain by turning himself in. Morris would have been better off camping out in the woods. 

The details of the 'third party' surrender are not known at this time.  I suspect a responsible family member convinced him to at least do one honorable thing in his life and give some respect to the grieving families and turn himself in before the funerals Saturday morning. It looks like that is what happened. 

Is Dontae Rashawn Morris A Runaway Slave?

The Florida Sentinel Bulletin thinks so. The Tampa black newspaper the Florida Sentinel Bulletin had an editorial today that hinted that Dontae Rashawn Morris may be a runaway slave. The article was by "The Sole-Man Speaks" and his logic was that every city in the south, including Tampa, has an area of town that most white folks never go into. In Florida it is called the Black Bottom. The best of the best, and the worst of the worst will risefrom these blighted neighborhoods. Unfortunately, it is usually the worst.

Dontae Rashawn Morris was raised in Jacksonville Florida in the worst black bottom there is. He is now suspected of killing two Tampa police officers. The Sentinel cited the incident in Polk County a few years ago when a black man killed a white police officer, and when he was arrested he was shot 68 times by the cops to the point that his body was not recognizable as a human being. That was wrong, but I think it had more to do with the rage of the police and the actions of the suspect himself. Somehow he was innocent in the Sentinels mind.

They say that black fathers are cautioning their sons not to be out at night because they may be killed by the Tampa Police. Fist of all, 70% of all black boys do not have fathers active in their lives, and the police are only looking for Dontae Rashawn Morris. Are you people still slaves? Is that what you really want to be? The last I checked the President of the Untied States and the Attorney General were black. They seem to be doing fine living in this racist country. Are we still living in "Mississippi Burning?"

The Sentinel writes:

"...Dontae Morris is Black. The officers he reputedly shot are white. Not that it matters, but somewhere down the craggy, putrid road of American History, it matters, dearly"

The only thing putrid is Mr. Morris. Clean up your own acts before you start blaming this on the Tampa Police you bastards.

"Our condolences go out to the slain officers' families. Our sadness embraces the accused assailants's mother and father. Our heart breaks to consider that we HAVE STILL NOT OVERCOME."

What they mean is that they have not overcome the white man. I hope it is a black police officer that greases this piece of human shit.

Word On The Street About Dantae Morris

I drive my taxi cab in low income areas....the bad part of town. What I'm hearing is that Dantae Morris is out of town. My fare said they heard it from someone that knew Dontae Morris's sister. I later heard that Dontae had a Facebook page and that is how the inner circle was communicating. I am sure the police have heard that. I hope. I saw no strange Tampa police activity today - not even one helicopter in the air. The city seems strangely silent as folks get ready for the holiday weekend.

Street level drug dealers are telling me that Dantae has changed his appearance. Maybe even using a fake mustache or afro wig.  It looks like this guy could just blend into a community.  I am buying the 'he has left town' theory.  It makes the most sense.  Thats what I would do.  It not - he will go down in a blaze of glory.

I saw this wanted poster for Dontae Morris at a 7-11 this morning. I began to notice specific police activity yesterday in certain parts of Tampa from the front seat of my taxi cab. SULPHER SPRINGS around Busch Gardens seemed to have aLot of police activity. They had a red Toyota pulled over and were shaking down a couple of home boys. THE LATEST CONSPIRACY: Black people are telling me that Dontae Morris did not do it. A dude using his ID shot those cops. DONTAE was in prison when the same dude was writing the bad checks in Jacksonville.
